We can Build Your Dream Home on Your Land from Your Plans
or We can provide you with a complete Design Build Package.

Depending on your needs, we can build on your land with plans your architect has created for you. Building on your land allows you to leverage your equity even before construction begins.

We handle everything for you from developing a site plan for your property to landscape design and all the ‘little details’ in between that will allow us to complete your home in a timely manner.

If you have already invested in a site plan and/or landscape design with an architect or landscape designer we are experts at turning their vision into your reality.

Or, if you prefer, we can provide a complete design-build package, where we consult with you to find a design reflecting your needs, wishes, aesthetics, site topography, and a host of other factors to help turn your dream home into a reality.

With a solid background constructing quality homes, we know how to get your project moving and . . . we know how to finish your home both on-time and on-budget.

High Performance Energy Star and Green Building

We are committed to incorporating Energy Star efficiency and Green Building practices into every home we build.

We recognize that homes operate as a system; therefore, we utilize a whole house approach. We know the importance of the thermal envelope “what is inside and what is outside”, and we use high performance insulation, proper air sealing practices, proper duct sizing and sealing, along with air quality and moisture management.

Lower construction cost

These advanced practices dramatically lower the HVAC equipment sizing and energy consumption which ultimately reduces the cost of construction and the carbon footprint of a home.

Once the heating and cooling load has been lowered , advanced technologies such as geothermal ground source heat pumps and hybrid dual fuel air source heat pumps become much more economical to purchase and install, and will operate more efficiently.

Site design principles, such as saving trees and orienting a house to maximize passive solar heating and cooling, are basic processes used in the design and construction of green homes. Creating resource-efficient designs and using resource-efficient materials maximizes function while optimizing the use of natural resources. We consider the entire house from foundation to attic to create a truly high-performance, energy-efficient home that is less expensive to operate and more comfortable for you.
