Surpassing client's expectations requires more than extensive building product and process knowledge. It demands commitment to our industry through continuing education and professional association involvement.
We are committed to improving the communities in which we live and work. Below are some of our recent activities:
  • 2008 Habitat Home Builder's Blitz
  • 2008 Stonington High School advisor and mentor to student chapter of the National Association of Home Builders
  • 2007 Adopt-A-Highway program - sponsoring the clean up of a two-mile stretch at Exit 90 on I-95.
  • 2007 Killingly High School advisor and mentor to student chapter of the National Association of Home Builders
  • 2005 Showcase Home proceeds donated to L&M Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • 2005 New London Youth Organization - With the sweat equity of several New London teens we converted a warehouse donated by Sheffield Industries, into a fully functioning teen center. The result is a beautiful area where teens can unwind, shoot pool, chat with the volunteers and eat a good meal. The space also includes a large kitchen so the teens can learn to cook and a carpeted Internet café with a big-screen television.
Home Builder Blitz 2008 is a partnership between Habitat for Humanity and the National Home Builders Association to build homes across the nation. During the week of May 31 to June 7th, 262 Habitat homes will be built by the professional home building industry in partnership with 109 Habitat affiliates in 33 states. Local professional home builders are joining Habitat for Humanity of Southeastern Connecticut to build two homes in New London, CT. This is the only site for the blitz build in Connecticut.

Locally, Norton C. Wheeler III, of Mystic River Building Company, LLC and Robert Fusari, Sr. and Robert Fusari, Jr. of Real Estate Service of Connecticut are the builders leading the home builder blitz effort.

You are welcome to join us on May 31st at 10:00 a.m. to watch the amazing start of this build. The dedication of these homes is scheduled for June 7th at 2:00 p.m.

"Partnering with professional home builders allows Habitat affiliates to increase the number of homes they build, while builders can help their communities by doing what they do best," said Kevin Campbell, Director of the National Home Builders Blitz program for Habitat for Humanity.
